![]() For that, I'll have to call Comcast again. ![]() My next challenge will be to have the email credentials I'm using now, from the defunct account, associated with our new, current account. I don't understand it either, but that's exactly what is was, and suffice it to say, I got my email to work with my tablet by using my email username and password from the old account. ![]() It finally dawned on me that maybe my email user name and password is somehow still associated with my old Comcast account which was cancelled in December of '06, not the current account we've been using since May of '08? So everytime Comcast would try to re-set my username/password, they were working on the current account, not recognizing that the credentials I'm using are still associated with an account that's been out of service for over seven years now? After 20 minutes and 2 disconnections, I still had no answer.
